This Decree applies to fishing by Norwegian vessels in waters under Norwegian jurisdiction, in the international waters, and zones of other countries. In accordance with section 2, vessels shall notify the Directorate of Fisheries on: start of fishing, weekly catch and days of fishing, and the termination of fishing activities, entry into port, and transhipment of catch.
