This Decree establishes essential requirements for manufacturing, labelling and compliance assessment of equipment that emits noise, and also establishes the modalities for supervision over such equipment. It shall be applicable to non-stationary (movable) equipment causing noise emission to environment. The aforesaid equipment must be marked with “CE” label and must comply with the provisions of this Decree and the national standard on noise emission LVS 346:2002.
