The authority of transaction shall be conferred in accordance with the Act Economic Offences to mayors, provincial authorities, inspectors of ministries and other specified central public bodies. Here this authority is extended to the Director of Direct Customs and the management council of the Polder Board of Friesland. Some changes in the list of offences regard the illegal discharge of waste water and the importation of trophies and protected animal and plant species.
