Decree No. 167 of the Cabinet of Ministers amending Decree No. 414 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on deposit system for recycled packaging materials.

Item 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “State agency for environmental supervision shall register producers of commodities and importers of packed commodities from abroad that re-use primary or secondary packaging materials listed in the Annex 1”.
