This Decree establishes the modalities of labelling, distribution and control by Food and Veterinary Service of drugs. It shall not be applicable to: (a) dietary and health nutritional drugs; (b) inactivated immunological products: (c) drugs prepared in drugstores for individual animals and in accordance with veterinary physicians’ prescriptions; (d) drugs containing radioactive isotopes; and (e) animal food additives.
