This Decree approves the Regulation of the Municipal Council on Environment of Salvador da Bahia - COMAM. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned institution, entitled to carry out research and any other Municipal activity related to the environmental sector within the State, according to the established by Law No. 6.916/2005.
