This Decree applies: to rivers, channels, lakes and to constructions on them situated in the national territory and determined in this Decree; to their maintainer and to the competent transport and water management authorities. Waters must be classified in one of the categories listed in Annex 1. Classified waterways are listed in Annex 3.
