This Decree establishes the modalities of recycling or destruction of foodstuffs unfit for nutrition and prohibited for distribution. It shall not be applicable to confiscated alcohol. If the distributor of foodstuffs ascertains that foodstuffs are unfit for distribution then he shall suspend distribution thereof, informs the consumers and, in case of necessity, the producer of the aforesaid commodities.
