Decree No. 17 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Regulation on the modalities of registration of fishing nets.

The present Regulation determines the modalities and conditions for the registration of fishing nets purchased by legal persons, natural persons and individual entrepreneurs. Fishing nets – sweep-nets, nets, traps, purchased in conformity with the national legislation, shall be subject to compulsory registration by the fishing inspection. Fishing nets shall be inspected, measured and marked by the fishing inspection.
