This Decree applies to Norwegian vessels which fish north and west of straight lines between coordinates indicated in section 1. Fishing for red fish is prohibited in these areas of the Norwegian Economic Zone. However, red fish may be fished up to a maximum of 15 percent of single catches or landed catch of other fish species as bycatch. Section 2 specifies areas in which it is prohibited to use cod trawls with 135 mm mesh-size and other areas where nets with 100 mesh size may not be used. Howe
