Decree No. 18 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection on waste classification.

The present Decree establishes the principles of waste classification and shall be compulsory for all legal and natural persons carrying out waste management. Waste shall be classified as domestic and industrial. Annex contains the National Waste Classifier with the codification of different types of waste.
