This Decree, composed of six articles and one Annex, establishes the National Institute for Fish Inspection, with the function of licensing fishing vessels in charge for fish transport, certifying the products to be exported and carrying out laboratory analyses on fish products. The Annex, composed of 20 articles divided in three Chapters, provides the Institute’s Statute. In particular, it defines its competences and regulates its main bodies.
