This Decree establishes the modalities of evaluation and compensation of damages caused to fishing resources by economic activities. It shall be applicable to construction and operation of waterworks, use of explosives in waterbodies, bottom dredging in waterbodies, and also emergencies, disasters and other actions having impact on fishing resources.
