The provisions of this Decree shall be applied while perfoming control activities on animal stocks with the purpose of maintaining them free from tuberculosis and, in case of infection or suspected infection, taking the necessary measures to prevent the spread of the infection. Stocks shall be examined, classified and certified by veterinarians.
