The Decree consists of 7 sections dealing with: (a) general provisions (sect. 1); (b) modalities of allotment on lease of the plots of public forest (sect. 2); (c) rent (sect. 3); (d) rights and duties of the lessee (sect. 4); (e) rights and duties of the lesser (sect. 5); (f) modification, annulment, cessation and prolongation of lease contract (sect. 6); (g) liability and dispute settlement (sect. 7).
