This Decree establishes the scope, tasks, functions and structure of waterworks safety monitoring systems. Monitoring shall be carried out within the boundaries of any plot of land on which waterworks are located. Monitoring shall include compliance with safety criteria and the environmental impact of waterworks with a view to prevent disasters.
