This Decree establishes the modalities of unified registration of alcohol bottling lines and registration of alcohol output. It shall be applicable to legal persons in possession of licence for alcohol production. Alcohol bottling lines shall be recorded in the Unified register in accordance with the following documentation: (a) copies of licences for alcohol production; (b) copies of hygienic certificates fo bottling lines and technical equipment; and (c) copies of documents attesting ownership
