This Decree applies to fishing by Norwegian vessels in specified areas in the Skagerak, the EU-zone and the Norwegian Economic Zone north of the 62nd parallel. In accordance with section 2, vessels shall notify the Directorate of Fisheries on: start of fishing, weekly catch and days of fishing, and the termination of fishing activities.
