This Decree establishes metrological requirements for packed commodities and metrological control thereof for commodities packed in constant, invariable nominal quantities that must: (a) comply with indices predetermined by the manufacturer; (b) be stated in mass and volume units; and (c) be equivalent to no less than 5 g o 5 ml and not exceed 10 kg or 10 lt.
