This Decree regulates lease of waterbodies (lakes, rivers, water reservoirs) and parts thereof, and establishes the modalities of lease and auction sale of industrial fisheries authorization and the modalities of use of fishing rights, transfer of fishery resources to local government, and also establishes fishing charges. It also establishes the right of lease of industrial fisheries rights in the Baltic Sea and Riga Gulf. It shall not be applicable to regulation of private waterbodies. Watrebo
