The Decree establishes the modalities of issuing sawing and planing licences to entrepreneurs conforming to technical requirements. Sawing and planing operations include saw-timber, veneer sheet and cuttings production in the cutting areas. Sawing and planing licence shall not be transferable. The period of validity of licence shall be five years and it can be extended for subsequent five-year period.
