This Decree establishes allowable standards of noise indoors and on the territory of residential facilities and public edifices with a view of protection of human beings against unfavorable impact of acoustic noise produced by transport, equipment and machinery, sound units. Musical instruments and other economic activities. Maximum allowable limits of noise pollution are listed in the Annexes 1 and 2. Noise pollution control shall be performed by State Sanitary Inspection and local government.
