This Decree establishes the modalities of registration of losses of alcohol and methodology of alcohol quantity control output at processing enterprises producing raw alcohol and the modalities of registration of alcohol by consumers. Alcohol quantity is established in liters at the temperature of 20°C. It also establishes the modalities of storage and inventory of alcohol in storage facilities. It also lists multipliers for determination of ethyl alcohol contents.
