This Decree regulates the permission to engage in fishing with trawling gear and related matters such as transfer and restructuring of vessels. Trawling for shrimps is excluded from the application sphere of the present Decree. Article 2 defines "cod trawling concession". For each kind of trawl fishing, depending upon the fish species, size of the vessel, fishing area, etc. the granting of permission is regulated.
