Decree No. 2/2007 transforming the Mozambican Institution of Fisheries EE into EMOPESCA SA.

This Decree transforms the Mozambican Institution of Fisheries EE into the Mozambican Institution of Fisheries SA (so called EMOPESCA). It consists of 7 articles specifying duties and competencies of the aforementioned institution, which is responsible for the financial aspects of the fishery sector and is under the Ministry of Fisheries.
