In implementation of Directive 93/120/EC, this Decree amends Presidential Decree No. 587 of 3 March 1993 relative to measures of veterinary police for intra-community exchanges and imports from third countries of poultry and eggs for brooding. Article 1 of this Decree lays down, inter alia, the definitions of “day-old chick”and “flock” to be applied hereinafter. Moreover, Annexes I and IV to Presidential Decree No. 587 shall be amended as set out in article 2 hereto.
