Official duties relative to road and railway transport and to navigation are assigned to a central administrative organ established by the Government and supervised by the minister of transport, communication and water affairs. This authority has territorial offices at county level and a Central Inspectorate for Transport. These organs are governed and their decisions are supervised by the General Inspectorate.
