This Decree regulates the participation of Norwegian vessels in marine waters which are fishing in waters beyond the fisheries jurisdiction of Norway except NAFO and NEAFC areas. The Decree specifies criteria for participation and lays down rules for the granting of distant fishing licences to be granted by the Fisheries Directorate.
