This Decree creates the National Park of "Brasília" within the Federal District of Brasília. It consists of 8 articles establishing the above-mentioned protected area in order to protect and preserve its endemic ecosystem and habitat. Geographical limits are specified in the text. Control and management shall be under the competence of the Forestry Service, Ministry of Agriculture.
