This Decree implements Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer (Vienna, 22 March 1985) and Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer (Montreal, 16 September 1987). This Decree, adopted in accordance with the National programme for cessation of the use of ozone depleting substances, regulates import and export thereof. It shall be applicable to all natural and legal persons carrying out import and export of ozone depleting substances and produce containing them.
