This Decree creates the Energy Fund (FUNAE), whose purposes are the development, production and exploitation of different forms of energy for agricultural development. FUNAE is a fund, under the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, entitled to grant financial loans for energy production, equipment acquisition and to techniques that concern the production, distribution and conservation of energy.
