The Ministry can recognize as organization of vegetable and fruit production and marketing, business organizations constituted by the producers of vegetable and fruit for the programming of production, storage, and common marketing of their products. The purpose of such organization is to guarantee the satisfaction of demand, in particular what concerns the quantity and the quality, to concentrate the offer and to help the marketing of products of their members, to abate the costs of production
