This Decree regulates the issues of procurement or purchase of mushrooms, berries, fruits, medicinal plants and industrial plants, including reed. Limits for the procurement or purchase of wild growing plants shall be set by the local self-government within the quota set by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection.
