Decree No. 257 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on safety declaration of waterworks pertaining to hydroelectric power stations.

This Decree establishes complex program of safety requirements set forth for waterworks pertaining to hydroelectric power stations to be complied with in order to perform inspections of the state of waterworks. Natural and legal persons carrying out projecting and construction of waterworks shall have the right to elaborate waterworks safety program that must be validated by State Construction Inspection.
