Decree No. 259 amending Decree No. 21 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on lease of waterbodies and industrial fisheries authorization and the modalities of use of fishing rights.

Item 118 shall be amended to add the following wording: “118. Lease-holders for industrial fisheries subject to application of quota in the Baltic Sea and Riga Gulf outside coastal area shall pay lease until 30 September of the current year in monthly proportional instalment in accordance with protocol of lease contract”.
