Decree No. 264 of 2001 to amend the Decree relative to meat, minced meat and meat products made under the Commodities Act.

This Decree amends the principal Decree so as to implement Commission Regulation 2000/418 on the use of BSE risk material. It prohibits the use for the preparation of food and beverages of meat bovines, sheep and goats that is separated from bones mechanically and it requires the absence of the parasite trichinella in meat of wild boars.
