This Decree validates Federal Law on Plots of Land that can be conceded in lease on the condition of sharing the products of subsoil (The Mayskij goldenfield)". This Federal Law was previously adopted by the State Duma (Lower Chamber) of the Federal Assembly (Parliament) of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Article 106 of the Russian Constitution.
