This Decree shall regulate cases where an expert opinion on the impact of the operation or an installation on the environment is or may be a part of an application to issue a decision or an opinion of a state administration body in waste management and to grant authorisation. The afore-mentioned cases are specified in the Annex 4 and include the following issues: 1) granting consent for operation of a facility for waste disposal; 2) granting consent for operation of an facility for waste recover
