This Decree prescribes quota-calculation factors for purposes of articles 8 and 10 of Decree No. 1591 of 2005 to regulate fishing for herring in the North Sea and the Skagerrak in 2006. The factor for the calculation of quotas depends upon the fishing area and length of vessel. A separate quota factor is indicated for vessels fishing with trawl.
