This Decree requires that manufacturers of alcoholic beverages and liquor be licensed by the Cabinet of Ministers and issued an identification number issued by the State Tax Inspectorate. Manufacturing liquor from alcohol imported without authorization of the Cabinet of Ministers shall be prohibited.
