This Decree regulates the management of Formosa River Protected Area. It consists of 31 articles defining the purposes of such protected area, such as regulating fishing activity in internal and marine waters, land use planning requirements, recreational insfrastructures to be made along islands and beaches, agricultural and industrial activities, sand exploitation, etc.
