This Decree establishes protective measures to be applied within Amazones for the control, prevention and environmental education in order to avoid and to combat forest fires. It consists of 7 articles establishing the Programme on Forest Fires Prevention and Control within Amazones, which is aimed to: localize and carry out research on areas with high risk of fires on the bases of controls and weather reports; to control forest fire authorization; to aware rural producers of forest fire risk; t
