Decree No. 297 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Instruction on regulated public services.

This Decree establishes types of public services regulated by the state in some branches of the national economy. It shall be applicable to thermal energy generation and supply (with maximum output load exceeding one megawatt) electric energy generation (with maximum output load exceeding one megawatt), distribution and supply, and natural gas (including liquefied gas) supply, storage and distribution.
