Decree No. 3 of 1974 to regulate access to fishing for coalfish with purse seine.

Without a permit of the Director of Fisheries it shall be prohibited to fish with purse seine for coalfish by vessels with a length in excess of 90 feet which has not previously participated in such fishing. The permit is valid for a specific vessel or a specific owner of a vessel (sect. 3). Section 4 provides for licensing in the case of remodelling of the vessel concerned. The Decree contains various rules for measurement. (6 sections)
