Decree No. 3 of 1990 regulating the trade in waste potatoes for glucose, alcohol and flour.

This Decree prescribes that potatoes not used for human consumption or cultivation but for the manufacturing of glucose, alcohol and potato flour shall be placed on the market by private enterprises only in accordance with an Agreement between the State Agricultural Agency and the Norwegian union of potato industry. The agreement shall be approved by the Department of Agriculture.
