Items 14 and 17 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Chief State Sanitary Inspector – Chief State Veterinary Inspector and (or) deputies thereof, and also chief state sanitary and veterinary inspectors in case of suspected cases of African swine fever (ASF) shall have the right to issue mandatory order to local government for introducing restrictive arrangements on their territory”.
