State Committee for standardization and Metrology decrees to enter in the State Register of the GOSSTANDART R the System of certification of land-surveying, topographic and cartographic produce. The Federal Land-Surveying and Cartographic Service after the registration of the Regulations on the application of this System is issued the compliance certificate for the System. This System comprehends either voluntary or compulsory certification.
