Decree No. 300 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating Requirements for labelling of poultry eggs destined for human nutrition.

This Decree establishes requirements for labelling of poultry eggs destined for human nutrition in the process of classification, storage, transport and distribution. Eggs shall be collected form healthy poultry and must comply with normative acts regulating non-contamination of foodstuffs. It shall be applicable to poultry eggs except for those sold by the producer in his poultry farm directly to the consumer for individual personal consumption. Quail egg shall not be subject to labelling. The
