This Decree shall be applied to activities using the substances listed by the EU regulation concerning substances that deplete the ozone layer and to those using gases falling under the EU regulation on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases. The competent authority for the control of application of provisions related to such products and substances and for the imposition of penalties for offenders, is the territorially competent office of the environmental protection and nature conservation inspe
