Decree No. 323 of 2007 (XII. 11.) Korm. of the Government on certain rules of implementation of Act No LX of 2007 providing the framework for the implementation of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and of the Kyoto Protocol

This Decree shall apply to entities participating in projects falling under the Act on climate change and implemented with international cooperation, to those trading with emission reduction units and certified emission reduction units and to owners of accounts registered in the national registry.
